FOUNDER, CHIEF INTEGRATION OFFICER
Brooklyn Stanfill, Founder and Chief Integration Officer, began her journey in Marshall, Michigan, where her family’s commitment to education instilled in her a strong foundation in community and service. Even in high school, Brooklyn demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial spirit, supporting local small businesses with scheduling, bookkeeping, inventory management, and tax preparation, sparking her passion for connecting resources and leading teams.
With over two decades of experience leading corporate deployment teams and HR departments, Brooklyn has refined her expertise in project management, mergers & acquisitions, and ERP system implementations. Her career reflects a deep commitment to supporting others and driving meaningful change.
Brooklyn has called Kalamazoo, MI, home for over 26 years, where she lives with her husband and is part of a first responder family. She continues to serve and support the Kalamazoo community with dedication, embodying her mission to be a "mustard seed"—a catalyst for impactful change and growth.
HR/VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Jill Treat is our dedicated HR/Virtual Assistant here at HR Bureau. Jill is deeply rooted in her community and passionate about helping others. With a talent for organization and communication, she has built a career as a virtual assistant, specializing in managing calendars, email systems, databases, and social media. Her expertise with tools like Google Drive, CRM systems, and design platforms helps her clients streamline operations and stay efficient.
Outside of work, Jill is a proud mom of two, has a new son-in-law, and the owner of a rescue dog named Snugs; who adds joy to her life. Dedicated to supporting her family, clients, and community, Jill combines her technical skills and heartfelt dedication to provide seamless support, helping businesses thrive.
HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Laura Berry is our newest HR Bureau team member, and is an accomplished Human Resources professional with 11 years of experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. She excels at fostering positive workplace relationships, managing FMLA and absence programs, and driving employee engagement through onboarding, training, and performance management. Laura's solutions-focused approach aligns seamlessly with our core values and mission, making her a valuable addition to our team.
When she’s not working, Laura enjoys gardening, tending to a variety of flowers, fruits, and vegetables, as well as performing and listening to music—two passions that bring her joy and relaxation. She’s also a proud homeschooling mom to three wonderful children, which keeps life busy and full of adventure. Having grown up in Southwest Michigan, Laura cherishes the beauty of the changing seasons and the strong sense of community. Whether nurturing young minds at home or exploring creative pursuits, she embraces the journey with curiosity and heart.
